Sound bath · New Braunfels
Sound bath, near you.
Crystal singing bowls, low light and a warm table. Lie back and let the sound do the work.

How it works
Three quiet steps
Settle in
Lie down, warm and covered, in a softly lit room.
Listen
Michael plays crystal bowls around you. Just breathe.
Come back slowly
Take your time. Herbal tea is waiting.

Private sessions
A sound healing session for one
Sessions are private, in Michael's New Braunfels studio. A sound bath pairs well with a 90-minute massage. Ask when you book and Michael will plan for it.
Coming from San Antonio, Schertz, Canyon Lake, Seguin or Cibolo? The studio is an easy drive.
“I came to Michael expecting a traditional massage, but he suggested a sound bath at the end. It was so grounding.”Andrew C., client
Questions
Before your first sound bath
What is a sound bath?
You lie down, get comfortable and listen while crystal singing bowls are played around you. There is nothing to do and nothing to get right.
Do I need any experience?
No. Most people simply rest. Some drift off. Both are fine.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothes. If the sound bath follows a massage, you can stay as you are under the sheet.
Can I add a sound bath to a massage?
Yes. Ask Michael when you book a 90-minute session and he will plan time for it.
Is a sound bath a medical treatment?
No. It is a quiet, restful experience. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
Do you hold group sound baths?
Ask Michael by email. Group dates will be listed here when they are set.
Book your sound bath
Book a 90-minute session and mention the sound bath, or email Michael to ask about a private sound bath.
